The Role

We are looking for Graduate Civil Engineers in our Highways team in Perth.

The team delivers a range of different projects working with funding agencies, national and local governments, highways authorities and private organisations.

Work on projects from initial concept through to construction and operation, fulfilling diverse design, project management, stakeholder engagement, business innovation as well as technical and site assurance Role.  Every project faces unique challenges, and we take pride in developing inspired, sustainable solutions for our clients. Our collaborative and integrated approach allows us to create, rehabilitate and maintain many of the world’s iconic roadways.

Requirements for Success 

• You must have completed a relevant tertiary degree in Civil Engineering before starting the 2025 Graduate Program.
• You must be able to commence work by February 2025. We do consider mid-year finishers, as long as you have graduated and are able to commence by July 2025.
• Interest in traffic, transport, roads.

• You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
