Our award-winning Australian Taxation Office (ATO) Graduate Program offers opportunities for graduates from various fields including data, IT, accounting, commerce, law, design, HR, and communications. Graduates can be part of a team that combats crime and fraud, creates and delivers programs to support the community, and protects the data of millions of people.

What youโ€™ll do   

Be data-driven and STEM-Savvy

Youโ€™ll be part of a globally recognised, leading data capability. Your work will contribute to our design solutions that turn problems upside down and build cutting-edge systems. 

You could: 

  • convert data into breakthrough insights and actions to deliver value for taxpayers, staff, and partner agencies
  • use data analysis modelling techniques to address problems and support data-driven decision making
  • design, build, and maintain systems to collect, process, and efficiently manage large volumes of data
  • establish and oversee effective data, analytics, and AI governance
  • use advanced techniques to collect, analyse, and interpret data using analytical, statistical, and programming skills
  • implement new technologies designed and created to enhance the ATO's work.
