BCD Group is an award-winning NZ owned and operated consultancy that has been going strong since 2010. Born out of Hamilton, over the last 11 years we have expanded our footprint to include Tauranga, New Plymouth, Auckland and Napier and now have over 110 people as part of our team. 

We specialise in providing Structural, Civil, Fire and Geotechnical engineering, consulting services alongside our Planning, Survey and Energy teams to a wide range of private and public sector clients throughout New Zealand.  We have many talented individuals in the team, we are passionate about what we do, and we aim to develop well-rounded property professionals.

Very early days we learnt the value of bringing emerging talent into our organisation as part of an Internship program and are committed to this approach to help grow professionals within our industry and our business.
