Shift Production Supervisor

Descriptions:

• This position requires responsibility to ensure effective and efficient production in official shifts according to supply chain planning, implementation safety & food safety. This role needs competencies improvement of subordinates to support all planned activities.

The requirements are:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or Food Science & Technology.
• Graduates from reputable universities
• Have experience in manufacturing with a minimum level of supervisor for 2 years
• Have good knowledge in dairy production, food safety (HACCP, PRP, GMP), halal knowledge and food processing, as well as knowledge on cleaning, hygiene/sanitation, and maintenance with hygienic design.
• Possess strong leadership with good communication skills both in Bahasa and English.
• Willing to work in shift and to be placed in Danone SN Indonesia factory, particularly at Jogja Factory.
• Able to start immediately
