What You’ll Achieve
As an IT Support Engineer, you will deliver products and improvements for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, you will craft and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications, and diagnostics — all with the most sophisticated technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies, and partnerships.
You will
- Work to improve the voice/contact center ecosystem by identifying areas of improvement through automation
- Architect custom web applications which are used by engineering and business leaders across dell Digital
- Partner with development teams to improve services, participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
- Develop technical solutions to meet business requirements

Essential Requirements
- Strong knowledge in Avaya voice solution
- Ability to apply extensive knowledge of application support and analysis
- Experience supporting contact center and its ecosystem, especially with knowledge in voice technology
- Detailed understanding of key business processes, such as Agile Methodology
- Advanced English level
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent degree
- Knowledge of automated testing tools and procedures
