What You’ll Achieve

As an E-Business Senior Analyst, you will develop and implement internet marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increasing marketing effectiveness and improving customer satisfaction. You will manage merchandising product placement, pathing, promotion and content to optimize conversion/consideration, as well as own campaign management, product launch/transition, online merchandising and end-to-end conversion.

You will

• Support the development of global e-commerce programs and overall website strategy to maximize brand presentation and consumer experience and support the integrated internet marketing strategy for the company
• Perform analysis to recommend changes to the commerce platform, creating cutting edge strategies around online demand generation and delivering and maintaining an outstanding online customer experience
• Define, measure and manage activities against online Key Performance Indicators, delivering programs to meet financial goals
• Apply understanding of emerging online demand generation programs and search capabilities (Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing) to drive search strategies
• Identify and recommend future architectural and technology enhancements to drive a world-class e-tailor site

Essential Requirements

• A proven history of successfully developing e-business strategies and solutions
• 2 to 5 years of related experience
• Good knowledge of leading-edge architectures and technology enhancements
• Experience working in complex, matrix technology organization with multiple integrations simultaneously
• Project management skill, with strong merchandising/copywriting skills

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree
• Project management (PMP Certification)
