Develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs.
Collaborate with department managers on regular basis for their manpower requirements.
Handle placement & all movements of hired personnel, including monitoring & documentation of their employment.
Assist in manpower development activities and employee events.
Requirements:
With full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to assessment, interviewing, hiring and placement, preferably in the IT industry but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge in psychometrics, employment and labor laws.
Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet systems.
People oriented and able to communicate comfortably in English, both in oral and written.
Plans effectively; systematic, multi skilled, and well- organized.
A Bachelor's Degree holder of Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course.
Willing to report on-site in Greenhills, San Juan City.
