Learning Administrator Intern null

Job Description:

Corporate Human Resources Kompas Gramedia (also known as Growth Center Kompas Gramedia) is looking for Learning Administrator Intern. The intern will be working in the Kognisi project, our online learning platform both for internal Kompas Gramedia employees and external client partners, in managing all operational matters of the platform, from learning experience to performance analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Growth Center's public learning platform's operational tasks such as:
  • Ensure positive learning experience for all users,
  • Conduct correspondence with the users in their learning process - from the initial login to receiving certificates after learning completion,
  • Implement risk management initiatives related to the stakeholders' data with the Platform team;
• Provide report of every contents from the learning platform periodically.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail;
• Proven project management skill and experience;
• Good copywriting skill;
• Basic data analytics skill would be an advantage.
