You will be responsible for:
- Coordinate with users to identify tutor need
- Determine selection criteria
- Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
- Manage interview (HR & LnD Interview/Microteaching)
- Anticipate future employment tutor needs
- Administrative task related to recruitment (e.g. input tutor information to the database)
What we're looking for in you:
- Preferably from the campus internship program
- Preferably majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Social Sciences
- Have experience in an internship or organizational experience (Edu-tech will be a plus point)
- Fast-response and communicative
- Contract length: 3-4 months
