About you:

With your knowledge gained throughout your studies, your adaptation skills will be second to none. You will have either recently completed or be completing your tertiary level Business Management  (Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations etc.) qualification by July 2024.

You will have outstanding communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels. You will have a high learning aptitude and a drive to constantly update your knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

As a HR Graduate, you will be joining a team of diverse and energised HR professionals. Working in specialist areas such as HR Operations, Business HR, Talent, Rewards and Benefits and Employment Relations, you will put your knowledge gained through your studies into practice. You will be supported to reach your potential and empowered to drive your future with plenty of training and development activities throughout the 2 year program.

Special requirements:

Successful applicants will be required to obtain a Defence Security Clearance. You must be an Australian Citizen and have a ten-year verifiable background
