Job Overview
You deliver and develop detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insights with a focus on driving best practices through simplification, efficiency and consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts. You also provide leadership to direct reports and work collaboratively across sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team that enables sales delivery by providing the tools and data necessary for the smooth running of the business and the development and execution of the sales strategy.
- Coordinate national and regional sales system projects for field service.
- Test and implement new systems.
- Conduct market research on current developments and trends for continuous optimization of the systems – both data and digital
Requirements
- Relevant experience in sales/IT
- Knowledge of field service systems and understanding of data and digital tools
- Experience in people management and project management
- Strong analytical, communication and networking skills
