Having staff come back to us with such appreciation for the support we have available with our EAP provider (e.g. counselling, financial counselling, nutrition appointments) makes it worth doing what we do!
I follow all cases from start to end and it’s quite rewarding to see the impact of the work I do including seeing participants discharge with appropriate supports to support their quality of life.
I love interacting with others and learning from the perspectives and information offered from all angles from within the Agency, participants, providers, and other Government departments.
