Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Very good at Tanami, a smaller site so you get to know people better. Not too much bureaucracy and everyone just wants to get the job done and solve problems. Everyone's friendly, happy to have a chat and help out as well as beers after work.

The culture both within the office and after hours is very good. Both within the department and interdepartmental relationships are good and communications are very open between all levels including the superintendents.

Office culture is great with below manager level staff, quite a conversable group of young individuals, similar interests, respectful of each other, happy safe environment raise concerns or speak up when in need of help. Management seem to be untrusting of their staff at times due to micromanaging the team and having uncertainty in individuals ability's.

The culture in the office is very good. We encourage a good work and break balance, such as having lunch together on the big table way from respective offices.

The culture varies between departments, overtime is rare but sometimes critical to the business operations. Typically, supervisors with leadership experience are beyond excellent and very supportive and new supervisors have the good intentions but are still learning from their mistakes. Site socializing is minimal and workplace loneliness can be a challenge causing graduates to leave after 1-2 years.
