Pay is definitely solid, doesn't really compare some iron ore companies though.

Not bad but it would be great to consider fuel allowance for DIDO and pay can be higher based on current inflation and high living cost, to attract and keep people.

Food, accommodation, work related equipment, PPE are all completely paid for. One of the best perks is being in a company able to hire a large number of graduates.
