Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze user activity/sales/subscription data and provide report/insight
- Daily Report Download/Registration/Monthly Active User
- Regular Report My Communities Update: # of Members, Posts, Likes, Comments and Engagement Rate
- Compile and Reconcile Reward and other Marketing initiative data
- Pulse rating and collect negative feedback on Apps/Play Store
- Testing
- Support testing for Pulse-related feature
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data analytical skills and desire to learn along with professional drive
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good administration and documentation skills
