Is able to support an entire business from TC Operations perspective
Possesses a deep knowledge of HR policies and People team processes
Is able to introduce best practices from the market
Possess relevant HR Generalist experience of 5+ years
Demonstrate flexibility for completing assigned team and individual tasks in allotted timeframe and within agreed budget.
Meet all of the SDC's compliance requirements on a timely basis.
Exposure to Workday or other SAP based module
Exposure to automation and digital solutions like Alteryx and Tableau
Experience
0-3 years
Qualifications
Full time MBA in HR from a reputed institute with minimum 50% throughout (from Class X onwards)Industry experience – at least 0-3 relevant years with reputed brands in IT/ ITeS industries
Technical Capability – Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PPT.
