- Support the CRM Marketing team in strategizing and executing campaigns
- Contribute in preparing personalized and customer-oriented campaign messages through multiple channels, including email, push notifications, and WhatsApp
- Assist in delivering CRM strategies and roadmaps
Requirements
- University student/fresh graduate in marketing or business-related qualification
- Has an interest towards digital and performance marketing
- Be extremely creative and have written and verbal communication skills
- Work well independently as well as be able to collaborate cross-departmentally and within the CRM team
