Your role

As the Rare Diseases Marketing Graduate, your role will be to work with the Marketing team to develop & implement brand plans, activations and initiatives to grow the business and achieve relevant brand, sales and profit targets.

Other priorities in this role include:

  • Developing, implementing and evaluating successful messages and promotional campaigns and material
  • Updating and refreshing marketing content on HCP portals to raise awareness of rare diseases.
  • Managing Sanofi's presence and booths at virtual events
  • Assisting in the implementation of key projects for their brands in conjunction with brand teams
  • Analysing product performance, and trends across channels to identify opportunities, and analysing competitors to drive insights
  • Assisting with developing annual brand plans (including in-line and prelaunch brands, strategic and operational elements)

About you

Sanofi is seeking Graduates who possess the following qualities:

  • Have completed an undergraduate degree in the areas of Digital Marketing or Business and Commerce with a major in Marketing and an interest in health and science from a recognised tertiary institution.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
  • Enjoy a fast pace and have the ability to prioritise your workload & juggle multiple deadlines. Any previous project management experience will be highly regarded.
  • Are curious with the ability to ask questions
  • Can demonstrate a customer service focus
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Having demonstrable digital content creation, Adobe Illustrator or video editing skills will be highly regarded
  • Are eager to develop themselves and will take ownership of their role
  • To be eligible for this role, you will need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of application and be located in (or willing to relocate to) NSW.
