Your role

To primarily support the ANZ Vaccines Marketing Team for the Sanofi Vaccine GTM strategy.  In addition, provide ad hoc support to other projects for the Vaccine Business Unit. Work proactively with brand teams, and sales and marketing leaders to uncover and present insights that will help guide Omni Channel Engagement strategies.  

Responsibilities:

  • Work with external agencies and the Respiratory Brand Team to coordinate the development and implementation of omnichannel brand materials, activities, and initiatives.
  • Support the commercial team to implement, update and refresh digital content on the Sanofi website (Campus), across CRSwNP and Asthma indications in line with the Brand Plan and local / Global editorial content plans. 
  • Support implementation of commercial HCP educational initiatives (including both on-demand learning and hybrid events). 
  • Adhere to allocated expenditure (OPEX) within the cost centre budget and in line with the strategy.
  • Performance analysis and monitoring of initiatives across channels to identify opportunities, analyse competitors and drive insights. 
  • Ensure all business and promotional activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards, including Medicines Australia and Sanofi's internal Code of Conduct. 
  • Work collaboratively with the relevant internal stakeholders (training, sales, medical, market access and regulatory) to implement the strategic plan to deliver exceptional performance.

About you

Sanofi is seeking Graduates who possess the following qualities:

  • Have an interest in health and Science and completed an undergraduate in Business, Commerce or Marketing; alternatively a science/pharmacy/medical degree, from a recognised tertiary institution.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Broad biological sciences knowledge. 
  • Ability to understand, synthesise and communicate complex/scientific information (verbal and written) with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. 
  • Excellent planning and time management skills. 
  • Excellent computer/ software application skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. 
  • Strong initiative and eagerness to take ownership of role once project goals and tasks are set.
