Superannuation is pretty good. Working from home flexibility is amazing, since I commute on the train and it takes over 2 hours each day. I can't think of any other examples currently, but I have not been with the company all that long to earn 'perks' so to speak.

As a remote worker, isolated from the rest of my team who are located in Canberra, I recently enjoyed flying to Canberra for a Graduate event (accommodation, flights, taxis, meals, all paid for), and took advantage of the chance to meet them all in person.

Flex time is certainly a perk but I believe it is incumbent upon all entry level staff to not abuse this privilege and understand that the people who have served the agency for a many number of years should get precedence in being able to take this leave. The ability to choose my own schedule is a big reason why I think I will continue to work here as the growing need to work multiple jobs to make ends meet is becoming the norm
