Accountabilities:
1. Ensure a complete set of data is being interfaced daily from POS to GSAP via the Middleware.
2. Ensure accurate and timely posting of manual billing requests from valid requestors/approvers.
3. Ensure items due for collection are included in the Direct Debit/Credit runs for the day.
4. Ensure that Direct Debit/Credit runs are accepted and processed by the bank on time.
5. Perform control checks and is able to institute control measures within the process to ensure risks are mitigated.
6. Investigate and handle the resolution of disputes and complex issues.
7. Manage accurate reporting of KPI results on a daily and monthly basis.
8. Strongly collaborate with Retail Business partners (FiB, Credit, OCD, OtC, Cards Accounting, etc)
In addition, the IRM Compliance Specialist would be responsible for ensuring testing processes are carried out to a high standard by having in place a system of peer review of the test procedures & results;
