Your New Role

Westpac Group is making significant investment in programs and Transformation is at the forefront of this – providing specialist advice and the ‘know how’ to support the execution of transformational change. We need to continually simplify, evolve, and compete in a rapidly changing environment.

This is a 12-month program with 3 x 4-month rotations, you will get the chance to work with leaders with real vision to deliver transformative change and to ensure we continue to enhance our customers’ experiences.

What the Transformation Graduate Program will offer you?

• Rotate through project management, change management, and business analysis roles across diverse organizational projects.
• Collaborate with various teams and leaders to understand customer needs, solve business problems, and innovate new solutions.
• Gain hands-on experience in structured customer-focused problem solving, customer journey mapping, and agile transformation.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will also need:

• To be in your final year of study of a university degree, or
• You can have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
• You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.
