Your role

• Analyze, and understand client priorities through requirements gathering & elicitation documents
• Support data collection and analysis on a stream of work
• Support building core documentation & manuals required( project documents; installation and operating guidelines)
• Learn & eventually execute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure the accuracy of the solution
• Help build subject matter expertise in the area of specialization ( Product/Process)
• Work on strategic theme initiatives of Customer AdvocacyGroup.
• Plan CQO client connects to enhance customer satisfaction, especially in MG/KG accounts

• Bachelor of Science from a recognized University
• MS Office tools including Visio / PPT / Word / Excel Preferred
• Engineering Degree, Master’s Degree, or MBA
