Worley is New Zealand's leading provider of industrial design, build, and maintenance services. As a result, we can provide you with career challenges, a broad range of projects, and professional opportunities that can’t be found anywhere else.

Your first role is important. We've been there too. We also understand what makes a good engineer, and we aim to give you the building blocks of a successful career.  While technical learning is important, to thrive in this environment you'll need to engage and interact well with people, be confident in your own ability, and be able to actively manage yourself. This is all supported by the ability to think outside of the box and work pragmatically.

At Worley, you'll be mentored on your journey by a global network of some of the best engineers in the industry.  Our Graduate Development Programme involves you in structured development opportunities and provides a chance for you to demonstrate your leadership as a part of our Graduate Connect Committee.

What you will bring

While technical learning is important, to thrive in this environment you'll need to engage and interact well with people, be confident in your own ability, be technically inquisitive and able to actively manage yourself. • Full drivers’ licence
  • Flexibility and the desire to be busy and learn from others
  • Relevant work experience e.g. summer internship, industry placement etc
