I enjoy watching the project progress and seeing the collaborative efforts of the entire project team come together in reality. It certainly is rewarding to reach project milestones as a team, knowing you have played a role in reaching them.

Mitch Winzer studied a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics & International Commerce) at Monash University and is now a Risk & Vulnerability Sourcing Specialist at CSL.

The other important aspect that makes working here enjoyable is the people. It’s great to be able to laugh and smile at work each day with people from all over the world and share our differences and commonalities. I learned a lot from all the people here.

Clients and labourers look to you for advice and trust/value everything you say. One of the most rewarding aspects of engineering for me is seeing the progression of an idea, beginning with a need or want and walking the client through that journey to ending at a 12m deep concrete structure.
