Staff stats: Around 43,500 globally and 490 in New Zealand
The good bits: Good work-life balance and development opportunities

We are one of the leading accounting networks in New Zealand with member firms in Auckland, Waikato, Tauranga, Taranaki, Hawke’s Bay, Wellington and Christchurch. We are a part of the Baker Tilly International network, which was voted “network of the year” at the International Accounting Forum Awards 2023.
Originally established in 1945, we are best known to the public for our annual Staples Tax Guide, which has proved an invaluable resource for many Kiwi business owners.
Our offices recruit approximately 25 graduates and interns each year in Business Advisory, Audit, Tax and Insolvency. Visit our Graduate and intern recruitment page to find out more!

Sustainability
We are committed to doing all we can to improve environmental sustainability. Our Auckland, Taranaki, Wellington and Christchurch offices have Environmental Certification with Toitū Envirocare, meaning they undertake an annual audit to monitor and reduce their emissions.
All our firms are dedicated to reducing our impact on the environment by diminishing waste and making conscious choices when it comes to our offices and supplies.
Volunteering
Our teams are very community-minded, donating time, goods, services and money to local projects and initiatives. Every year we support the likes of Pink Ribbon Day and Movember, raising thousands for worthwhile causes. Our global network, Baker Tilly International, also participates in many purpose projects.
If you join our Auckland office, for example, you will have an annual paid volunteer day to give back to the community and help an organisation of your choice.
Flexible working
Like all accounting networks, we have our busy periods, but in general we provide flexible work hours to accommodate staff needs and family responsibilities. We aim to help you excel in your endeavours and create a lifestyle and career that works for you!
